Azerbaijan eVisa Types for German Citizens
German citizens can apply for any of the four Azerbaijan eVisa categories, depending on the purpose of their visit.
- Tourist eVisa: For travel to Azerbaijan for leisure or vacation.
- Business eVisa: For attending business meetings, conferences, or commercial engagements in Azerbaijan.
- Medical eVisa: For travel to Azerbaijan to receive medical treatment or healthcare services.
- Other eVisa: For travel purposes outside the three categories above.
- This includes: Culture, Education, Humanitarian, Labour, Official Trip, Personal Trip, Science, and Sport.

Your eVisa is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued. You must enter Azerbaijan within this 90-day window and your stay must not exceed 30 days.
What You Need to Apply
The Azerbaijan eVisa application requires the following from German citizens:
- A valid passport: Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Azerbaijan. It must also have at least one blank page available for entry and exit stamps.
- A scanned copy of your passport: A clear scan of your passport's biographical data page is required for submission with your application.
- An email address: Your approved eVisa will be sent to the email address you provide. Print the eVisa before you travel.
- A payment method: A valid payment method is required to complete the eVisa processing fee.
